Verónica Redondo

Verónica Redondo is Senior Manager of Leadership and Executives Development at Repsol, and is responsible for the Company’s leadership framework as well as the development and support actions of the management team.
She began her professional career in 2003 at Carrefour as an HR Business Partner, developing a generalist profile and strengthening her passion for the function.
In 2006 she joined the Culture and Leadership team at Ericsson. She had the opportunity to grow in a leading company in the Technology sector and build the base of her specialization.
In 2009 she joined the Talent team at Repsol and since then she has been responsible for different corporate functions as well as for global transformational cross-functional projects related to talent. Being in a company in the energy sector with such an exciting transformation challenge as well as for a strong commitment on the care of people is a privilege, that entails to continually learn and face new challenges.
