Tobias Greiling

Tobias Greiling, (Rotweill, 18 / 12 / 1978), is a distinguished economist and entrepreneur known for advancing renewable energy in Spain. He co-founded Ansasol in Marbella, a pioneering firm in renewable energy projects. Inspired by Germany’s economic history, He pursued economics and sustainable development, later broadening his perspective through a student exchange program in the United States. He then specialized in Economics and Finance at the University of Cologne, graduating in 2005. In 2005, he moved to Marbella to seize opportunities in Spain’s growing renewable energy sector. As co-founder of Ansasol SL, he led the company to become a regional powerhouse in solar and green hydrogen projects. In 2016, he diversified Ansasol’s portfolio, venturing into real estate development in Tarifa, culminating in the opening of a sustainable boutique hotel in 2018. He also supports innovation as a Business Angel, investing in technology and startups since 2022.
