As the Head of Data and Analytics in ACCIONA (Construction Division), I am responsible for designing and deploying a cutting-edge data platform, as well as driving the organization’s data-driven approach and leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategic decision-making. My focus is on developing and implementing innovative data strategies, ensuring high-quality data governance and curation, and establishing best practices for data management and security. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I identify opportunities to unlock the full potential of data, uncovering insights that drive business growth and innovation. Ultimately, my goal is to empower the company with the tools and insights needed to succeed in a data-driven world.
