Oualae Alami

Oualae has over two decades of experience. She has navigated various complex leadership roles across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently, she serves as Pfizer’s Global Lead for Combination Vaccines and Influenza.
As a disruptive and transformational leader, Oualae believes in the power of combining diversity, inclusion, and new technologies to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact on patients and communities. Oualae serves as the chair of Pfizer Women Resource Group. She is also the Vice Chair of Arab International Women’s Forum, a global non-profit NGO that convenes leaders from various sectors to empower women in the Arab world to foster positive impact.
Born in Morocco, Oualae is a global citizen that crisscrossed continents. She holds a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from Paris XI University and advanced degrees from ESSEC, Harvard Business School, and MIT. She is certified by the European Women on Board group and received the luminary award from the HBA in 2022.
