Additionally, I led public sector client relations during their digital transformation, especially during COVID-19 and for the Ministry of Social Security. Helping customers on their Digital Transformation made me focus on the importance of technology innovation through Observability, FinOps and AIOps areas in which I’m currently leader in IBM Automation solutions across Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Israel
