Maite Arcos is an economist with a long experience in digital regulation, she has worked for private and public entities in telecommunications and audiovisual areas.

Currently, she is Non-executive Director in Enagas, member of Advisory Board in LLyC, Cyberlideria and ICONBO and General Director in the ESYS foundation.

The ESYS Foundation was settled in October 2007 as a result of the social commitment of some very relevant Spanish companies to enhance awareness on security issues. ESYS aims to make a relevant and effective contribution to the public agenda on security in the digital era from a comprehensive approach, as well as to create a trustworthy ecosystem among leading decision-makers in the public sector, companies and civil society.
