Carlos González

Carlos González leads the growth strategy and talent development in Nationale-Nederlanden Spain. As CEO of the company since 2020, he is driving Nationale-Nederlanden’s commitment to continue placing the customer at the centre..
Since joining the company in 1995, he has held several senior management positions, most notably contributing to the founding of ING Employee Benefits, a key milestone in the company’s history, and driving the launch of unique solutions in the Spanish market.
He is also the primary driver of the company’s digital transformation, which encompasses redesigning digital assets, migrating the CRM to Salesforce, and integrating AI and power apps into the company’s processes.
Carlos holds a degree in Actuarial Science, a PDG (IESE Business School) and has intended an Executive Program focused on how converging technologies will shape our future.
