Ana Maiques

Ana Maiques is a distinguished leader in entrepreneurship and neuroscience. As co-founder of Neuroelectrics, she drives the company to develop groundbreaking brain monitoring and stimulation technologies. Under her leadership, Neuroelectrics was recognized as one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s Best Entrepreneurial Companies in 2016. She has received numerous accolades, including the Most Exceptional Entrepreneur Award from Goldman Sachs in 2022, the EU Prize for Women Innovators in 2014, and being named one of Europe’s Most Inspiring Women in 2015 and 2016.

She has been a permanent European Innovation Council Advisory Board member and a Termeer Fellow at the Henri Termeer Foundation since 2018. Additionally, as a co-founder of EsTech, Maiques supports Spanish scale-ups and unicorns in driving innovation.
