After completing a vocational training programme for accountants, Tanja studied literature and cultural studies in Berlin, London and Bradford and worked as an editor for various German publishers. Moving to Spain in 2005, Tanja worked for the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Madrid and joined the German-Spanish Chamber of Commerce in 2013 as director of training and development. Since then, she has been involved in the development and expansion of dual VET programmes in Spain.
