She began her professional career at EDS as a Network Technician in her Network Operation Center and, later, as a Service Manager. Then she worked in Eltec where she started up and managed the Remote Management Center and Service Desk of this company for almost 7 years. After joining T-Systems she has held various positions of responsibility as head of Service Management, presales, client management and now VP Sales and member of the executive committee.
