Roberta Bigliani is vice president for IDC Energy, Government and Health Insights in EMEA. She provides strategic directions to these groups and advises both vendors and end-user clients. Roberta’s main areas of expertise include business and IT issues relevant to digital transformation, customer experience, Big Data and Analytics, Internet of Things, the Future of Work and IT and Operational Technologies integration. She is based at the IDC Italy office in Milan.
