Ramón Ferri has a degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Master in “Project Management” at the UPV and higher course of “Local Public Management” at the INAP.
He was an ICT project engineer in the ETRA I+D.
He was an ICT project analyst and head of the ICT projects section of the Diputación de Valencia and a senior technician of the Vice-Rectorate of R + D + i of the UPV.
He was head of the ICT service of the City of Valencia.
Currently is Smart City Officer.
