Currently Responsible for the T&O support to the Compliance Function and Head of the Agile Adoption Office for the Corporate Center in Banco Santander, I developed my career in the financial sector playing several roles: Project Leader, Process & Systems Leader, Project Director, CIO, Relationship Manager in Insurance & Banking. I served as consultant and employee in different financial entities. In Santander Group I have participated in challenging projects, such us Abbey integration in the UK.
