I work at UGT as Responsible for Digitization of the Union, as well as advisor in Regulation of Telecommunications Markets.
I have written the books “”THE DIGITAL DIVIDE IN SPAIN”” in 2015 and 2019 and “”THE UNIVERSAL TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE”” in 2012.
I recently published my study “”Impact of Automation on employment in Spain””. In addition, I have collaborated in the writing of the report “”Mujer y Tecnología 2018″”, published by the Confederal de UGT.
