He has been secretary of Environment and Occupational Health at CC.OO, president of the International Labour Foundation for Sustainable Development (SUSTAINLABOUR), vice president of the National Commission for Safety and Health at Work, president of the Foundation for Prevention of Occupational Risks and president and co-founder of the Trade Union Institute for Work, Environment and Health (ISTAS).
