Joan Cuscó is Head of Innovation Community and Projects at MAPFRE. As part of the MAPFRE Open Innovation structure, his purpose is to transform the company’s value proposition by embracing emerging technologies and InsurTech trends. He also leads innova, MAPFRE’s intrapreneurship program. Joan has a background in digital service design and tech-based innovation; he joined the insurance industry in 2010 and has carried out projects in Spain, France, UK and the US.
