Isaac is ING Spain’s HRD. He has been key in terms of Agile Transformation and employee engagement; always focusing in both the strategic vision and the business needs.

Isaac has worked in Human Resources for more than 17 years and has a broad experience in different markets. In 2006 he joined the Training and Development team at Coca Cola in which he contributed to successfully transform the Marketing area. In 2015 he was appointed Global Director, Marketing Transformation in headquarters.
