Francisco J. García Vieira was born in Cádiz, Spain. He holds a Telecommunication Engineering degree (UPM), and a PDD in Management by IESE. He joined Red.es in 2003. In Red.es he has been involved in the public policies intended to foster Information Society in Spain, in areas such as Education, Healthcare, Small and Medium Size enterprises and Cities.
