Félix Antonio Barrio Juárez holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems and a PhD from the University of Salamanca. Since October 2014 works at the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain where he is in charge of the Industry and R&D programmes. Since 2017 is also Member of the Board of Directors at the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO).
