Electrical Engineer from UPC and Master Business Administration from ESADE. Daniel is currently in charge of the Smart Catalonia strategy of the Government of Catalonia, where he has held other responsibilities in the last eleven years, such as director of the Catalan Digital Agenda and the Head of Business Digitization and ICT industry promotion.
