Bontle Senne is the Director for Deutsche Bank’s global Agile transformation in Corporate and Investment Banking Technology. This transformation covers 10,000 staff in technology, operations, change, and business across 4 continents. Prior to joining DB, she spent 5 years at McKinsey and Company Johannesburg where she became the co-lead of McKinsey Africa’s Agile practice and worked on several Agile and digital transformations in banking and telecoms.
