Degree in Political Science and Sociology and Postgraduate in Praxis of Consumer Sociology, he has long been involved, as Head of Local Employment (SEPE), in the design of information systems and training corporate applications. In the last year, he has been coordinator of training programs between the State Employment Public Service and Fundae (Training Foundation for Training Employment)
He has recently been appointed as Managing Director of Fundae.
