Anna is currently Head of Transformation and Innovation at CaixaBank Risk Area. From this position, Anna is responsible for implementing transformational projects to evolve the way credit risk is managed and to improve customer experience. Moreover, she is responsible for identifying and testing emerging technologies and trends with potential impact in the financial industry to shape the strategy of the organization for the following years.
