Joined IBM eight years ago following almost twenty years in the Banking industry in Risk and Financial Control roles at several financial entities: Bancaja, Bankia, B.Sabadell & B.Atlántico. Alvaro holds a Bachelor in Economics from UCM, an International MBA from ESADE and a Risk Professional Certificate from the NYIF. He periodically teaches courses at different business schools, and is a regular contributor to financial & Tech media, as well as a speaker at key industry conferences and events.
