Alfonso Diez, BS in Mathematics, founded B2T Concept in 2002, evolving to UGROUND in 2017, company of which he is currently CEO. UGROUND is specialized in Semantic Engineering, a new IT paradigm used for code-free development. Mr. Diez has a broad experience in technological and business transformation, having worked in companies such as Citibank and SEMA Group. He works with numerous universities and business schools, both in Spain and Brazil, giving lectures on Digital Transformation.
