If you authorize us to share your contact information with Partners for the purpose of tracking your attendance at the Event.

From Next Business S.L. (hereinafter, Nebext) we will proceed to transfer your personal data to all or part of the Partners, which can be consulted in the following link.

Particularly, the following information shall be transferred: name, surname, contact details, company for which they work and position they hold; this information will be included in their registration form.

Your data shall be used by the entity receiving the data to contact you in connection with your attendance to the event. Nebext is not responsible for the data processing carried out by the Partners, which will be governed by the privacy policies of each of them.

Nebext’s legal basis for the transfer of your data to the corresponding entity is the consent given by you when authorizing us.

We also take this opportunity to remind you that you can update your personal information from the event website by identifying yourself as an event participant.

Si nos autoriza para compartir sus datos de contacto a los Partners del evento con el propósito de hacer el seguimiento de su asistencia al Evento

Desde Next Business Exhibitions S.L. (Nebext) procederemos a comunicar sus datos personales a todos o parte de los Partners del Evento y que se pueden consultar en el siguiente enlace.

Concretamente se van a ceder: nombre, apellidos, datos de contacto, empresa para la que trabaja y cargo que ocupa, estos datos serán los que consten en su ficha de inscripción.

Sus datos se utilizarán por la entidad que reciba los datos para contactarle con motivo de su asistencia al evento. Nebext no es responsable del tratamiento de datos que realicen los Partners, y que se regirá por la política de privacidad de cada uno de ellos.

La base de licitud de Nebext para la cesión de sus datos a la entidad correspondiente es el consentimiento otorgado por usted al autorizarnos.
