Xavier Martín

I worked in various hospitality-related companies while developing what would become my final career project, which ultimately became Turijobs. I studied tourism at ESADE University and International Hotel Management at The University of Huddersfield.

I have always been passionate about the hospitality sector, but also about technology and, of course, people. From the combination of these three areas, the idea of creating a job website for the tourism and hospitality sector emerged almost 20 years ago.

Currently, Turijobs operates in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico. It has been part of the StepStone group since 2017, a global leader in digital recruitment solutions.

Personally, I am highly motivated to collaborate with entrepreneurial projects, which is why I serve as a mentor for various startups and accelerators. I am passionate about creating, building, and implementing ideas.
