Sylvia Taudien is multilingual and multicultural owner of an international HR company. She has worked in various multinational management positions and has experience in Headhunting, Newplacement, Career and Executive Coaching linking the Spanish, German and international markets.
For the last 21 years she has been Director of Advantage Consultores, an international HR Consultancy.
Sylvia is founder and leader of a Female HR Group with 300 female HR directors.
Sylvia is living between Nürnberg and Barcelona and works in German, Spanish, English and French.
