Rosa leads GTI’s Life Cycle Assessment Center of Excellence, bringing a blend of technical acumen and regulatory insight to drive deep decarbonization. She develops cutting-edge tools to assess carbon intensity across operations, supply chains, and products, with a focus on measuring, reporting, and managing emissions from critical energy technologies and pathways. Her work aligns with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks at regional, national, and international levels. Collaborating with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders, Rosa oversees life-cycle assessments to support a wide-ranging portfolio of projects, initiatives, and commercial ventures—ensuring compliance and facilitating participation in carbon markets. Beyond her work at GTI, she imparts her expertise as a lecturer in Carbon Accounting at NYU, equipping future leaders with the knowledge and skills to navigate the evolving landscape of climate strategy and sustainability.
