Coordinator of the drafting, development and updating of the National Security Scheme (ENS) and its Technical Security Instructions. He directs the Cybersecurity Operations Center of the AGE and its OOPP. He has coordinated the drafting, development and updating of the National Interoperability Scheme (ENI) and its Technical Interoperability Standards, together with its Application Guides and other documentation. President of the technical standardisation body of UNE CTN 196 – SC2 “Risk management”. Speaker at national and international events. Coordinator and editor of official publications. He has received awards and recognition for his contribution to the development of ENI and ENS.
