All Speakers Speaker Manuel Ruiz Del Corral Position: Deputy Director General - Digital Delegate of the Area of Economy, Innovation and Finance Company: Madrid City Council He holds a degree in IT Engineering, specializing in Telemedicine and Neuroscience, and is pursuing a PhD on the socioeconomic impact of Artificial Intelligence. He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the School of Industrial Organization and the Institute of Fiscal Studies. Currently, he serves as Deputy Director General for Digital Economy, Innovation, and Finance at Madrid City Council. Previously, he was CIO at the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sport, promoting digital transformation in public administrations. He has contributed to open data initiatives, led interconnection projects among Spanish administrations, and participated in the National Cybersecurity Council and AI Strategy. Author of “Being Digital: Towards a Conscious Relationship with Technology,” he also conducts workshops on leadership, techno-stress, and AI ethics. As a composer, his works are performed worldwide, and he is a member of leading Spanish composer associations.
