Luis Fernando has over 10 years of experienced in Investment Banking working in Data Projects taking different roles.
In 2019, Luis Fernando joined to Global HR Team driven the change in mindset of the HR function to be a more Data-driven area, leading initiatives of People Analytics at Global Level.
Previously he worked in INDRA and BBVA in Investment Banking.
Currently ,he is Mentor in some business school as ESADE and The Valley in topics related with Data and People Analytics and also Lecture in some magazines.
Luis Fernando has a Bachelor in Computer Engineering. He is married and has two children.
