Leila Lunguleac-Bardasuc

Leila is a strategist and educator in the field of digital transformation and marketing strategy.
She has been recognized for her work in leading digital transformation initiatives and driving innovation and growth in highly competitive markets. Over the past 10 years, she created a new business strategy, called “The Strategy of Kindness” to bring businesses with purpose together. She is co-founder of the Sustainability World Cup, a game-based learning competition that aims to find the best sustainability leaders of tomorrow. In addition, Leila is also a professor at Universidad Europea Madrid. She researches and publishes on topics such as digital transformation, strategic management, marketing, and sustainable business models and serves as a team coach and mentor for young professionals with Teamlabs. She holds two PhDs, one in Business Economics from the European University of Madrid, and a second doctorate in Communication, from the University of Malaga.
