Degree in Law and Master’s Degree in Information and Communication Technologies from the UNED. I began my professional career as a programmer at Banco de Santander, having subsequently been responsible for customer management at AccesNet (Internet company), responsible for training and employment at Fundación ONCE, Advisor to the Secretary of State for Social Policy at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Director General for Coordination of Disability Policies at the Ministries of Education, Culture and Sport, and Ministry of Health, and Director General at the National Centre for Accessibility Technologies (CENTAC) successively. Currently, CEO of AISTE (https://www.aiste.es/), and president of the CINTAC association (https://www.cintac.es/es/).
For more than 15 years I have been developing an intense activity as a participant and lecturer in Congresses, Conferences and mainly technological-social events.
