José M. Muñoz

José M. Muñoz is a researcher, speaker, and consultant on the ethical, legal, and social implications of neurotechnology. He is the Head of Ibero-America at the neurotechnology consultancy firm Cerebralink. He also conducts research at the Centre for Neurotechnology and Law (United Kingdom) and the International Center for Neuroscience and Ethics (Spain). He is a former fellow at Harvard University, the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Navarra.
