PhD Engineer with outstanding qualification Cum Laude. More than 30 years working in innovation and accessibility leading diverse teams, from 2000 to 2003 as General Director and CEO of the Vía Libre consultancy. At the end of 2022, he was appointed Director of the European Accessibility Center, an activity that he combines with his current job as Director of Accessibility and Innovation of the ONCE Foundation, a position he has held since 2003.
He is currently vice president of the European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT), President of the Technical Committee for Standardization 170 Universal accessibility and design for all, Patron of several foundations, member of the Board of Directors of Ilunion Hotels and member of the Advisory Board of the Start Up Marsi Bionics .
