Fernando Polo

Fernando Polo presides over Foro IA, a think tank established in 2023 by multinational executives and AI experts in Marketing, Communications, and Client Experience. Foro IA focuses on understanding and shaping the impact of artificial intelligence on these business areas.

He co-founded and is CEO of Good Rebels, a digital strategy and creative company with 140+ employees, serving clients like Toyota, Santander, and Domino’s Pizza.

He is a Professor at IE Business School and a guest lecturer at the University of Sussex and l’École hôtelière de Lausanne. He speaks internationally on customer centricity and digital transformation’s impact on business. He also authored the bestsellers “#Socialholic” and “#Leadertarians”.
Fernando holds an Industrial Engineering degree from ICAI (Madrid) and a Masters in Marketing and Sales Management from Fondation EPF (Paris). With a background at IBM BCS, he founded two digital companies and held marketing and operations director roles at others.
