Previously, I worked for another agency for 7 years (being located in Madrid and San Francisco). Started at the beginning of 2014 as a consultant and I progressed through the ranks to a senior management role. My focus has always been on placing management and sales leadership roles in technology startups and larger enterprises, as well as helping VPs of Sales/CROs build out their teams. I joined as employee number 17, and during my time there we grew the business to 4 offices and over 200 people.
Later on, I joined another agency to build up from the ground up the Tech practice in Spain focusing on Executive roles.
