Fernando Palacios

Fernando Palacios is a lifelong learner and a professional with experience in technology, artificial intelligence, and business leadership. With a human-centered approach, he has implemented AI in major corporations, driving commercial and digital transformation to empower people and enhance productivity. He is currently the Director of the Leadership Consulting area at Talengo, leading organizational change projects and designing learning ecosystems. With over 15 years of experience, he has managed teams in the technology and corporate training sectors across Latin America and Europe, specializing in commercial strategies and digital transformation. He holds a degree in Social Work from UCM, a Master’s in AI and Innovation from Founderz in collaboration with Microsoft, and a Master’s in Management of Healthcare Centers, along with executive programs in Coaching and Leadership in Innovation.
