Elena Liria holds the position of CEO at the Agency for the Digital Administration of the Community of Madrid (Madrid Digital), since November 2019. Elena Liria has led the Madrid Digital Agency, whose primary objective is to promote digital transformation in the Administration of the Community of Madrid. Through Madrid Digital, all IT and communications services are managed in an Autonomous Community that has more than 180,000 employees, 1,600 information systems and 4,600 headquarters. She has a Computer Science Engineer from the University of Deusto and has an ISIC Master’s Degree from the École National Supérieure des Telecommunications in France. Their contribution has been fundamental to promoting the digital transformation in the Administration of the Community of Madrid, improving the efficiency and quality of public services.
