David Cantallops Jiménez

I am the Chief People Officer at Uriach, working with a passionate and talented team to create a corporate culture where people are truly at the center of our strategy. With over 20 years of experience in people management, I specialize in aligning organizational and individual goals to drive engagement and transformation.
Before joining Uriach in 2023, I spent two decades at Inditex, first leading Logistics and Central Services and later as Global People Director, spearheading cultural transformation and international team engagement.
I originally studied Art History at the University of Girona before shifting my focus to People Management, earning degrees in Industrial Relations and Labour Sciences at the University of Barcelona. I have also trained in marketing for HR, executive coaching, and team coaching, and I lecture in HR Management at the UB.
