Blanca Gómez González

Blanca Gómez has led the People Function at prominent organizations such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and L’Oréal. She now leverages her extensive career experience to support the development of the next generation of leaders as the Employability Director at Advantere, an international School of Management partnered with Comillas, Deusto, and Georgetown Universities.
Currently, Blanca serves on the boards of several Foundations, including Exit, Somos F5, and Tomillo. These organizations are dedicated to reducing early education dropout rates among socially vulnerable youth and providing training in high-demand technological skills to individuals in vulnerable situations.
Blanca also addresses the synergy between humans and machines, emphasizing that their collaboration can result in greater outcomes. She will discuss strategies to help individuals, teams, and organizations cultivate a fluid relationship with technology while maintaining a strong sense of humanity.
