My experience Career Civil Servant at the Public Employment Service (SAE) has allowed me to witness and participate in all the technological changes implemented within the organization, both internally and in online and digital services for citizens and businesses. Since we launched our first Virtual Office in 2009, we have been incorporating new features and innovations to streamline and facilitate employment-related procedures for users. Between 2019/22, I had the opportunity to address the major challenge that the pandemic posed for public administrations, driving a new phase of digitalization. This new stage was focused not only on the updating and upgrading of the SAE website, but also on the development of the mobile application, the renewal of the Labor Intermediation System of Andalucía, which replaces the former IT platform, and the launch of the Statistical Profiling System, a project I continue to be involved in, within the framework of the SAE Comprehensive Management Model
