Having spent most of his career working for consultancies, Sandro had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of projects and gained experience in multiple programming languages, technologies, methodologies, processes, and organisational structures.
He founded the London Software Craftsmanship Community (LSCC) in 2010, wrote the The Software Craftsman in 2014.
