Guillermo has 25+ years of professional experience in the Supply Chain, Operations and Transformation fields and jumped in Sustainability a few years ago. He has worked both as external consultant as well as internal hands-on professional in multinationals and family businesses with an international background.
Passionate about devising, launching and implementing transformation projects by leading teams, processes re-engineering and managing the change with a value-creation focus.
In the last years, Guillermo is leading BUFF® to develope its Sustainability Strategic Plan, formalizing and boosting initiatives to create a positive impact not just internally but also to the planet and society under the DO MORE NOW Program.
Guillermo got his degree as Industrial Engineer and Advanced Management Program-AMP at IESE. Out of work, you can find him teaching project management and supply chain and enjoying outdoor activities.
