Carolina joined the High Commissioner in 2020. Under the Presidency of the Government of Spain, this initiative aims to generate a new economic model based on innovative entrepreneurship, and is a key element in the design of the structural reform and investment programs of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

Law degree from University of Vigo, Carolina developed her professional career working at state-owned companies like ICEX, Invest in Spain and Enisa.
