Antonella Girone is a Digital and Performance Marketing Professional with more than 15 years of experience, having worked in agencies, SMEs and multinationals.

In her current role as Head of Group Performance Marketing she manages the growth of online strategies for all of the group’s brands, after having overseen the launch and growth of the Salewa brand and its eCommerce in her previous role as International eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager.

After starting her career in the world of communication and below-the-line fashion marketing, Antonella has specialised in the digital world with a focus on eCommerce & marketplaces.

Her experience as an international eCommerce and Digital marketing consultant, during her time abroad on the agency side, allowed her to improve her know-how in omni-channel strategy and development of mono-brand and multi-brand online retailing strategies.
