It has typically been said that having ideas is easy, execution is the complicated part. Achieving resources to innovate in healthcare is an important challenge for project members. Eduardo W. Jorgensen and his team managed to keep developing a non invasive artificial pancreas for diabetes for the past 5 years. During his talk, he will share his international experience on managing this and other projects created with the aim of improving quality of life.
