It is a commonplace that the only sustainable competitive advantage in the digital world is innovation. Companies from all sectors struggle to incorporate innovation into their processes. Many of these organizations incorporate start ups into their innovative cells, but fail to go beyond the proof of concept. Seidor IoT Center is an innovation structure that helps companies to generate technological products based on technology that can scale from proof of concept to massive development. In this session we will present the methodology that we are applying in IoT center to get it.
